Michelle Obama Released...A Hip-Hop Album??

"Lets Move" is Set to Move the Kids
First Lady Michelle Obama rocks the house with a hip-hop inspired album entitled "Lets Move". This 19-track project is apart of Michelle's continuing fight to raise awareness for childhood obesity. Don't get too excited tho, we wont hear any hot verses from Ms. Obama, but their are plenty of features and recognizable voices to be heard on the 19 track project. Voices such as:
  • Jordin Sparks
  • Doug E Fresh
  • Ariana Grande
  • My future wife Ashanti
  • DMC (From Run DMC)
  • J Rome
  • Travis Barker
  • Iman Shumpert (Current NBA player for the New York Knicks)
The album focuses on kids and the importance of exercise, healthy eating and staying active. With song titles like "U R What You Eat" , "Get Up Sit Up" and "Veggie Luv" Michelle Obama looks to get kids to exercise and make good food choices. The album was made possible with help from Partnership for A Healthier America and the Hip Hop Public Health Foundation.

The album has been released for months now so If you want to hear any of the upbeat music styles of kid-aerobic hip hop the First Lady has already released a video for the song "Everybody" featuring Doug E. Fresh, Jordin Sparks, Dr. Oz, The Hip Hop Doc and of course a video feature from Ms. Michelle Obama herself. The video can be found on Youtube, and just to make things a little easier, Here it is.
