When it come to the Underground Talent of the Week I try to take into consideration 3 key things:

Jacques Webster is the name of this 21-year old rapper/producer who has made a name for himself with Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music label. Now signed with T.I.'s Grand Hustle Records Travis Scott has been peaking the interest of listeners with his eerie/outlandish lyrics and even more intriguing choices of outfits.
